4.2 High Thigh Length Dress

This dress is a lycra leotard with short lycra dress attached at the neck and armholes. The dress is fitted on the bodice to the waist, then flares out to full circle at the hem, perfect for cheerleader outfits. Can have sleeves added and/or high collar with back zipper for entry.
